I'm in need of a set of sun visors. Periodically I see them on eBay but they never seem to be the correct ones for the 73 3.0CS. What sort of cross compatabilty exists?

The only other source I know of are 2000CSs, which now are rarer than E9s.

Are your visors missing or just in bad shape? The little clips near the mirror are still available and the old visors can actually be rebuilt by most auto upholstery shops. They are very simple and there is not much to go wrong other than 35+ years of finger grime. I rebuilt mine myself with good results using spare roof liner material (from WorldUph)and some stiff batting from a craft shop. I even got the little mirror back in properly
