Sun Visors, Possibilty of restoration?

Mine are perfect material wise, but inflated. Anyone have a source for repairing or a solution besides NOS or used parts? I would really like to keep them. The pivots are perfect, yet by what I read, I am afraid of using them.
I have signed up for the brass replacement version...
