Tachometer and MSD

Hey Everybody, I just installed a Pertronix module and a Capacitive Discharge Ingnition box from Accel. Quite a nice improvement. My problem is that when I connect the box's green wire to the tach it does not work.

Can anybody on the forum with an MSD or similar box direct me on how to re wire the tachometer please.

Hopefully someone here has a quick solution, next step would be to ask MSD...you bought their unit after all.

Here's a backup solution if those don't work....I use a tach adapter in my 911. That car uses Crane CD ignition and the original '71 tach.

I recall having a similar problem with another vehicle many years ago. Fix was a tach adapter available from MSD. May be available from anyone who stocks MSD product.
