Good grief - look at what just came up on Ebay. At least it kind of has come up; the ad says it will be relisted in a month with an "actual" price.

Try this:
Convention seems to be that the foglight should go behind the driver. There is only one tail panel part with the foglight opening and it is for LHD.

For RHD cars, it looks like a bumper-mounted light p/n 63171811316 for 2800CS or 63241353720 for 3.0CS was specified.
