Tail light reflector replacement/attachment

Hi guys

One of my reverse light reflector (yes on the exhaust side) has disintegrated and needs replacing.
Anyone know if these can be found or do they need to be remade?
Also how would one go about attaching the replacement piece?
If anyone has done this any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Still on the look out for the silver metal rectangular reflector that sits behind the reverse bulb.
