Tail Light Spaghetti Gasket

W&N has part # 63.21.1.811.001 ( second image below) listed for the E9 which I got from doing a search here. But owning an E24, it uses that white spaghetti gasket that I belive may have been original to the E9 also? I may be wrong since my chrome lens holders have no gasket at all. I am set on the actual plastic housing gasket. Can anyone confirm the picture below on the left was what was original. The image is also from W&N but for the e24 which should be long enough to fit the E9.

The flat E9 type is correct

Keshav is correct, the flat type of gasket goes around the lens housing ... and there is a 'U' shaped gasket that goes around the bulb holder

Yep. When I removed my original lenses they had the flat type gasket. It think that is the correct style.

i have some original gaskets and the W+N ones ... i even have a NOS lens with a gasket. very similar
