Andre, if you want the image to appear in the post, use the "IMG" tag button instead of the "URL" tag button.
Also, on sites like flikr you might have to edit the image url a little. Your pic below is at http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2284/2263625574_684208aef9.jpg?v=0 -- I changed it to http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2284/2263625574_684208aef9.jpg (deleted all text after "jpg") and it displays.
