Speaking of sounds....
I remember one time going to the Air Races at Reno-
Sitting in the stands - I closed my eyes and just used my ears.
Nuts.... The sound of the Wright R-3350 in Rare Bear and the RR V16 in Strega..... I swear I could hear the bite each propeller was grabbing at the air. Such power...
