The e3 in Motorsports

While the e3 saloon of course did not have the same motorsports profile as its sexier e9 cousin, some were nevertheless used in touring car and rally work.

I thought it may be interesting to start a thread of e3s in motorsport - especially period (late 60s-early 70s) but newer as well.

I'll start with a few shots here, and I encourage others to contribute what they have or what they can find!

I auto crossed my E3 back in the 80's. One time I forgot an open container of Milk on my dash and had to drive the car through the course covered in Milk .
I ran some Chev wheels I still have with 215-60-14's
