For what it's worth, I've been tracking prices on these for my resto for several years. I was just quoted 168.70 euro ea from Walloth and Nesch. I'll let you all know condition when it arrives.

Regards!

I have an extra driver's side door seal. The stealer wanted ~400$ for it, and I had to wait 3 months for them to finally do a run on the part. By that time, I had picked one up off of German Ebay.

I got a new set from W&N in Germany yesterday.
What are the special issues when it comes to mounting them???
I have the contact glue, know how to apply and wait before attaching, doing 15" or so at the time, but there are perhaps other things to beware of or avoid...??

I haven't done this yet, but since most of the seals I have seen on cars have shrunken over the years, I think I would start at the top (roof) rear and work around to the bottom, trying to 'scrunch' the seal so that it could shrink over time. This probably isn't very clear, but I can't figure out how else to state it.

In response to the suggestion about using E24 seals, they are quite different and I can't see how they could possibly work.
