My brake booster elbow (part no # 34331103261) cracked when replacing the check valve.
I couldn't find a replacement as they're NLA, and so I made one.
I first dry fitted the replacement mock-up until I got the fitment right using the 3D printer, and then I had a batch made in Nylon PA12.
Then came the grommet. My original (part no # 34331103314) was dry/cracked and they're also NLA. I sourced the closest square o-ring off the shelf, which is about .25mm thicker than OEM. It makes for a tight fit on the brake booster, but still works well.
So I'm selling them as a kit, brake booster elbow connector for early brake boosters and its sealing grommet - $40 for the kit + shipping.
