there were ONLY two, 2, 3.0 CSiA (i assume LHD)

Interesting to note that despite being built in November 73, the vin on mine ends in 0072 despite 69 only having been built in that year

The two CSiA were part of the CSi VINs so not rare, that table is wrong. We have the correct table in the FAQ.

Other quite rare E9s, though perhaps not factory designations:

- CSE (electric)
- Stainless Steel E9 (I think 3 were made)
- Calder E9 Art car

Without rust? That's be the 3 SS cars mentioned above, and even then, check 'em closely.

Have we seen any of the three stainless cars? I seem to recall one was knows to have been wrecked and another was missing in action?

I had a chance to look at one of them closely about 3years ago in a private collection of BMW's in Germany. All the panels are stainless and there is no rust on any part at all. Very beautiful!
