Isn't the bottom one for high beams?

The top two yes they are back lighting. The bottom one is for the blue hi beam warn.
Is the wire for the bottom one a different color or how do I identify it?

I have the blue book, I will scan that page and enlarge it

Lots of grey green, and brown. The wires are distinct enough that you will be able to use the photo to decipher. Also pay attention to the factory tape. Start with the shortest wire coming out of the loom and work outward.
Also, zoom in on the pics. If you get stuck I can clean the wires to better show colors. Between pics, the wire length, wire connector type, and socket diameter, it will be difficult to screw up.
Illumination is grey.

All of the gauge illumination bulbs have grey or grey/blue wires; the functional bulbs have their own specific two-tone colors, black/white for the speedo hi-beam lamp.
The speedo and tacho are straightforward. The gauge cluster is a little more complex:

We have wiring diagrams that I posted on this site two years ago from the factory books. I have found that the Prosperos diagrams don’t always have the right colors.

I have searched several times for a wiring diagram of our e9's that were built late in '73 through '75 (I have a '74). There are quite a few changes made to these cars, but one specific and easy to spot one is the wiring/mountings for the window motors. The late cars used 2 wire connections...

Yes. Blow up the diagrams up at Kinkos to 24x36 as I described in that post.
What car are we talking about?
Every coupe I know of has the turn signal light in the speedo.
Hi beam is in the combo gauge.
