Looks like the slight refresh may have helped, already above its RNM bid from last summer.

This coupe looks nice in many respects - decent paint, nice interior, real Alpinas. But interested parties should demand more photos of the vulnerable areas - some crustiness looks to be lurking beneath the cracked bitumen on passenger cowl area.

I left a comment with your suggestions / I agree that this looks like a nice driver quality. Pricing on here becomes challenging it would seem. This is a car that you would want to get for under $50k so that you have some headroom to do the updates, but often the seller seems to have a reserve set north of $60. We shall see.

The seller uploaded a driving video. When shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear, it makes a sound I have never heard before! What in the world is that metallic stuttering noise? I wont ask on the auction site, but I am really curious. Thanks.

Ouch, that's weird. It could be the exhaust vibrating on the body perhaps because the engine or trans mounts are soft and letting it sag a bit, but as it's only happening in 3rd gear, the transmission's internals are also suspect.
