Is someone able to please identify tools #1 and #4 in the attached photo?

I am missing these 2 tools - so also interested in purchasing if anyone has them for sale!

Thanks for the help!! 9FEA45C1-B458-476D-BD6E-B6B041CEB107.png

The toolbox in your picture look like a later style; 74 and up.

here's a pic of a correctly filled one:

Fyi; this thread documents most of the collective knowledge on the board:

To answer your questions:
1 is a 8-10 ring spanner. Original ones have 'No450' and 'W-Germany' on the handle and smooth chromed ends. No "BMW" on it, no Germany (did not exist yet) and not just "450" without the "No" prefix.
4 should be an spark plug holder.

My car is a 1974 CS

Thank you for he better photo andimformation.

Please send an e-mail to [email protected] and ask for your build date, it will help us determine when BMW switched from the two-piece to the one-piece tool box. I think your coupe was built at the end of Sep or early October 1974. Thx

When I search on realoem.com it indicates my car was build in Nov 1974 .... if that is accurate.

I will send an email as well - would love to get it directly from BMW ... does BMW do original build certificates the way Porsche does??

... ah, heard back immediately - they stopped the certificates. Bummer!!
