I have a perfect backplate with good mounting ears if somebody wants to combine it with the one in San Diego and make it one.

Apologize for using somebody else's thread to sell my stuff but the damage is done, literally...

I sell the complete clamshell with broken knob area. It was refurbished by Coupeking a few years ago. When the new BMW part became available I decided to live dangerously and drive the car with tools loaded. Yolo... The backplate is perfect, and Peter put new hinges, foam, rivets, etc.

I have Steve O. and Dave in that order interested ahead of pricing/pictures. So here they are so you can determine if you still want it.
