Can somebody please post a photo or photos of a open toolkit complete with all of the original tools? My coupe is a '72, did the tools change over the years? It seems like I've have seen different color screw drivers handle colors. Clear red is correct, right?

Clear red is the correct color for those who care (green and gray for those who are less picky). But the red ones are $$$ as is the blue BMW cloth. Sometimes you can find a tool kit on ebay that has one or both of these items for a "reasonable" amount. If you care be sure to ask before ordering from online or dealer. In the past folks have said La Jolla has the red ones.
 
I apologize for hijacking this thread...does anyone know where one can obtain the foam padding on the lid above for the toolkit? Mine is dingy and has no resilience left. Thanks.
