In the upper left hand corner of the tool kit to the left of the headlamp replacement and to the right of the two tail light bulbs (one inverted) there is an indentation for a small bulb. What bulb is this? Thanks.

You are probably refering to the bullet shaped bulbs for the trunk and hood lights.

below the tail light bulbs, but there is a small bulb with a typical end
