Hello all, I didn't find the exact 2002 I was looking for so I have decided to just sell the car and continue my search. The new post is here...

I never unstand trades. Why not just sell and use the money towards what you want?

The chances of someone w/the exact 2002 you want, will want a rusty, crusty, hole in the roof CSi is close to nil.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained. I meet lots of 2002 owners that would die for the opportunity to get into a coupe. Just find one with some welding skills and fortitude and a deal is done. I don't see it being a long shot at all.

Thank you for the support! I feel there is no harm in putting it out there. Could really make someone's year, and mine.

When I was looking for a 2002 with special requirements(automatic AC) I put up a WTB notice here. Within days a member contacted me, within a week or two I was happy owner of a pristine, all original, 78,000 mile 1976 Chaminox 2002.

I can easily see the a number of 2002faq members being seriously interested Spencer's trade offer. I have been a faq member for a year and many '02 owners would love to own a coupe. Who Wouldn't!!
