Trim mounting block

This mounts the rear quarter trim to the body and the maker might create a few more.

There is a plastic part on my car that looks to be oem. Its mirror image left and right.
It must have a partnumber.

They are correct, the trim needs a screw. The plastic block itself is screwed onto a flange of the steel door.

Yup. One screw to body, hidden by the trim. One screw facing the door, visible with the door open.
