Turn signal indicator light

I had my dash out,replaced all bulbs,made the mistake of not testing turn signals until reassembled.Now only right side arrow lights up no matter which way lever is flipped.Turn signals themselves are correct.There are 2 prongs to connect to on back of gauge.Is only one correct?What's other one for?

Are your arrows separated into left and right? I thought it is always a single bulb that is light regardless of left/right.

One lamp lights the green double arrow light.

Yes, I believe one wire, Black/white is for the signal light and a gray/blue for the gage illumination.
