Turn signal wires

I am taking a lot of parts off my coupe in preparation for painting. As I pulled the driver's side turn signal I was faced with 3 wires. One obviously was the ground wire as it was connected to body metal. The other two are identical, both black and connect to two blue wires (see pic the white is overspray from earlier work). When I go to reconnect, does it matter which wire goes where?

Those wires have been replaced with after market connectors, one is parking light and one is turn signal so they need to be marked for reinstallation.
