Ugly duckling E3 - what's it worth?

I’m considering selling my Bavaria. I need to free up space and time for another project. Ideally I’d hold on to it, but I have to make some choices.

It’s hard to get a comp, since all the E3’s are either totally trashed or pristine. Mine’s a cosmetically rough driver.

The details:

1974 Bavaria with an M30B34, Getrag 265, and triple Weber DCOE 40’s.

Semi daily driver for a 110 mile, one way commute. Starts up every time and has never left me stranded. There’s a flat spot at around 3k rpm that I can’t seem to resolve. Carbs need rebuild, most likely.

Refurbished Tii brake booster from 2002sOnly.

New staggered Coupe King Alpina replicas.

New brake rotors and calipers. Fronts converted to vented.

New a/c system with Sanden compressor and parallel flow condenser. New expansion valve. Only part not new is the evaporator. Heater core recored and hvac box resealed with new foam.

Bad quality color change (from Chamonix) that’s cracking with several rust bubbles. Patches of bondo. Some holes in the floors. Rust on the lower door corners. But hey, the sills and shock towers are solid!

I have the front bumpers and rubber trim for the rears.

Let me know what you think it would sell for so I can make an informed decision.
Go easy on me.

I forgot to add new ignition, fuel lines, coolant hoses, brake lines, etc. Just typical wear stuff to make it more reliable. I can include close ups if you'd like. Thanks.

Dave is 20 minutes away from me so if anyone is interested in an E3 you have two to choose from. ;)

Hey Dan - you remembered! I can't believe you haven't sold yours yet. I wanted to buy that thing myself, but that would be going the opposite way of what I need to do. Car hobbies got sidetracked by a bathroom remodeI and various other house projects. I haven't made any progress on the Fiat and need to prioritize.

A forum member asked for pics of the undercarriage and typical rust spots, so here they are. Ignore the weird shadow creature in the trunk. If anyone wants more pics or descriptions, please let me know so we can nail down a good estimate of what this car is worth.
