Unidentified rubber parts.

Hi All,
Can anyone identify the parts in the attached photos, I have two of each, but cannot remember where they fit, should have taken more photos during disassembly.

#1 looks like the HVAC box hood seal in engine bay.
#2 looks like upper section of the door seal or window.
#3 is odd to me. Not quite a side mirror gasket, not quite a fuel filler seal.
