Unidentified sensor??

Just learning the particulars of my car and I came on this sensor that does not have a wire connected to it.

It is located by the fire wall, right above an intake to the block - see photos.

Anyone able to identify what is it?

It looks we have talked about it not many weeks ago.

Probably it is a part of US emission control system you seems to have deleted.
