Upholstery Question

I have a 74 CS with blue interior. The leather is in great shape with a nice patina, but they could use a little freshening, especially the lateral supports. Who can those on the board recommend in the Los Angeles area? I know the job itself is pretty easy. My concern is I want someone detail oriented who will take the time to tastefully add stuffing and deal with the pleated top roll. I don't want that overstuffed look that seems to wind up in all 2002 restorations.
