I am changing over to the Euro turn signal lens. The reflector is larger than I need now and the Euro lens doesn't quite fit. I have heard "cut it down with a Dremel tool". Well I have the Dremel but not sure which bit it the right one.

Any tips?

Thanks

Use the cutoff wheels then proceed to the grinder wheels to at slow to medium speeds to achieve disired shape. Using the highest speed will probably generate too much heat and melt the plastic. Guess the best thing to do is experiment with the Dremel. Try some cutting and grinding on some similiar plastic prior to the actual trimming of reflector.

Euro Turn Signal Lens

Thank you for the advice. I used Tods recommendation of the barrel sander on the Dremel. This worked beautifully as I was able to gradually take down the internal reflector! The Euro turn signal lenses are installed and they look great :D
