Had a fun weekend last week racing in VARA's High Desert Challenge at Willow Springs Raceway. It had been 3 years since my last race so really was dusting off the cobwebs from the car and mostly the driver. Had a couple of great photographers shooting the race (see attached). Brother Shad came for the weekend and helped sort out a brake light issue before the race. Cool down lap of Sat race I lost my harmonic balancer, so packed up Sun morning and headed home. Even with the couple hiccups and rusty driver still had a blast.
