Few more things added
Bob,

Delighted to see the CS Register badge. Is it original to those thrilling days of yesteryear and Art Wegweiser? With another coupester, Bill Wallace, I did two runs of badges. Art supplied an original for a model. In the two runs we must have produced over 150 badges shipped all over the world.
A while back some members asked for another run. I agreed but got only about 25 responses. I need a minimum of 75.

So at the start of the new year I will post the results and crush the hopes of these few longing for a badge. Perhaps others will decide they need a badge, or two, and sign up. But I am not hopeful.

Steve

Hi Steve,
Yes it's a real one. Only 150 made! It's been "off the road" for about 2 decades so its in good shape. Yes back then it was just telephone calls and sending money orders by mail.

Hi Bob
Do you still have the Karmann builders plate: paint code badge 37 for Fjord blue?
