Cool. Thanks for sharing. BMW classic has this also, but watermarked. It’s cool to see the photos and pick out interesting things. I’ve been wondering about the fuel pump on a B2S. I spy an electric rotary fuel pump not unlike a carter.

How common where those map lights?
You could find them in carb CSL’s and batmobiles. So not very common. The carb CSL started with the light in the glovebox. You can see this in the CSL owner’s manual.

I have one too
and they aren’t very hard to find, generally in eBay.uk. A British company called Butlers made them for rallying purposes.Heres one, one would have to check the length and what’s often missing like with this one is the clip, like in the 2nd last pic.
