One of my purchase 'rules' is to never sell to or buy a car from Texas and if at all possible, avoid FLA cars at risk of unpleasant surprise...
Nevertheless (and with no offense to the many fine folks in the lone star state) this posting now reminds me that I am not only considering a bodyshell owned by several Texans in the past (good thing it's bare) I am also looking at a donor in FLA...what the heck am I thinking?
Thanks David....whew...! as the old man used to say...."there's only one thing worse that having no information and that's being lost in Texas and being given the 'wrong' information!"
Introducing the Devon GTX...now the most expensive at over a million.
The interesting aspect to me is the readily available interior treatments that evidently can be purchased and will fit into my e9 body shell passed through the glass and door openings prior to glazing that is offering up the possibility of actually driving (what we all here know already ... as the e9 CS) the most expensive car in the world!
Just think how a bit of CS interior wood trim will look on this carbon fiber wanna-be fabric...? and please don't hate me purists if i express my complete dissatisfaction with the aged e9 interior's cardboard 40 years after it's gone wet and spongy...Support me in this effort and i will let you take her for a spin around the block? Introducing my Miss Ceylon 2010!
