Hi @CSteve, I know this post is from a few years ago, but I'm looking to fit a Neue Klasse steering wheel on my 1969 2800 (E3) and am finding the mounting nut to be a tad short. Did you experience the same when installing yours, and if so how did you overcome it?

I think he installed that on his 2002.

Ah... gotcha. I had it on a 2002 as well for a while, and while the fit was tight, it worked much better than on the E3
