I recently bought a Petri for my E9 and no longer have use for this Nardi wheel. Very good condition. It comes with horn button, horn ring trim option and the very desirable, vintage hub adapter. Adapter needs a horn contact ring which is easy to epoxy directly onto the hub adapter, or epoxy small wood pieces to hub adapter, then screw onto the hub mounted wood. There are a couple of good threads on this website regarding the horn contact ring mount proceedure. Wheel measures 15.25" in diameter (approx. 38-39mm?).
