Not sure what model it is but I just took it out of my Tii last night. It comes with the brackets, hardware, and the mounting base for a 2002. All reclining knobs and levers work. From the photo, you can see the upper cushion is ripped, but should be an easy fix, or you could replace it. Bottom cushion fabric is in good shape with no tears. Also, I don't think there are any tears in the black vinyl surrounding the fabric. I think that this seat is at least 25-30 years old as documentation from the original owner suggests.
