Brand new headliner kit from W&N for e9. Bought last year for my 2000CS, but my car is different...

Still in bubble wrap with BMW part # listed. Currently shows backordered at over $1000

It’s unopened, but it appears to have the large section of fabric, the separate section for the front sunvisor/dome light; which also includes a black plastic support piece for that front section.

It is sewn for install. I removed it and took a better picture of all the items, plus a close up of the pattern. (harsh lighting make the second picture appear that that the pattern has the diamonds in relief, zoom in on the top picture and you can see the diamonds are perforations as they should be). The black plastic piece would be the rigid section at the rear windshield vent. The sunvisor board is rigid, vacuum-formed. This is a quality BMW piece.

Additional requested pictures:

Back side of sunvisor panel showing plastic backer and foam construction. This is very nicely made piece.

That looks like great quality. I am doing our E9 now including the sunvisor panel. The time that it has taken me to recover that piece alone it would have made much more sense to buy a kit like this. I didn't know they were available.
