Waistline Trim screws source

Hi guys
I am not there yet but at some time I will need to purchase a set of trim retaining screws and nuts for the waistline trim on my E9

Does anyone know of a reasonably priced source for them ?
I have seen a new set listed on walloth and nesch and they are €250 plus shipping
The price seems a little steep to me but if that’s the going rate for them then that’s fine. But if they happened to be available with good quality and a good price somewhere else then that would be even better.

Both the nuts and the tslot bolts are very specific, which makes them expensive. I have not seen alternatives.

FYI: There was some noise on this site about new bolts fitting in new trim.

WE only buy bolts direct from BMW. Nuts only from Walloth.

Speaking of Carl Nelson, I recall him having a plastic or nylon washer that should be used on all 45+ nuts to prevent damage to the paint under the BMW nuts.
Does anyone have the details on this idea?

that is correct - i have a set of those spacers and will put them on when i put the belt trim on. they are inexpensive and @HB Chris highly recommended them.

If you have a vice and a dremel, you can make a few with hardware available at Ace or Home Depot.
