Be aware of anyone asking you to use " Family and Friends". If for whatever reason you have an issue with that person you can not get any help from PayPal.

that is true Harry. i have no problem using it with someone who is a long term member of e9coupe
I use it a lot with trusted people but even in those cases caution should be used.
If you for example make a simple typo on the payee’s address, you can easily send money to the wrong person and there is nothing buyer or seller can do about it except email that person and hope for the best.
So triple check you have the right person/spelling even if it’s someone you trust!

Or just use the "non family & friends" option and add 3%. The recipient will get about the nominal amount.

The last time I used PayPal "non-family and friends", PayPal added the 3% for me. I almost sent too much money by adding the 3% myself. Glad I caught is before clicking send.
