Were these clamps used on an e9?

Got these clamps with a brunch of others. They are marked "Norma".

Are these original e9 parts, or should I dump them in my garden hose equipment bin?

My car has almost no original hardware in the engine bay, all modern stuff, so I have little reference.
I think original ones are like the rusty one ( Norma also) on the left, correct?

I haven't seen those type of clamps on any BMW. Proper clamps are a solid band with a slotted screw driver hex bolt.

Those appear to be an older generation of clamps but most likely not BMW. The small rusty one looks correct.
