What are these wires with rubber tube for?

20 cm long, brown and blue wire.

Are these for an e3 front blinker?

Ok, thanks for the info.
Bummer, as I was looking for the e9 version of them, but these did not match the e9 socket on the side.marker housing; its diameter is smaller vs this e3 part.

These will likely fly to @bavbob.

Anyone have 2 e9 rubber plugs?
