What do you guys think this would be worth ?

Be worth what anybody is willing to pay, not a huge shed of money as it's a very niche market.....

If it was a standard `bat` I think one went for £70k at auction in the UK, so what would this one be worth ? £120k--£150K ?

If you are buying a vintage racer you are essentially paying for the race history of the car (not the car itself) and as they didn't detail all if any wins or important races that this particular car was in it is very hard to say how much it is worth. There were tons of privateer CSL's (many of which were not actual CSL's) back in the mid-70's as these were great cars to race in the ETC.

This may help. Last month a group 1 CSL sold at Coys for £27,000. I can't recall whether it had any significant race history. I guess if it was the championship class winning car as driven by Hans Stuck or Brian Redman it would be worth £double.

Go on treat yourself and be on the grid for next years Le Mans Classic !
