what is the color and material of the rear shelf if my color

The material used for the rear parcel shelf on the '74 and '75 coupe was the same as the carpeting.

Earlier models were black.

Prior to the carpet it was black vinyl with the same texture and thickness as the vinyl on the flat part of the dash to the left and right of the instrument cluster
