What Ohm works best with a 123 Dissy

Just about to get a 123 dissy and i would like to know if anyone has used one with a 0.9 Ohm coil - or should i get a 1.5 ohm coil - ??? and will i have to change the ballast resister to the same Ohm if i do???

Marc,
they recommend the red coil from them along with the dizzy you decide upon, whether for FI or carbs. Surely the shop you buy from will make a recommendation too.
