What wiring harness is this?

Have an extra full harness that came with my ‘73, and trying to identify what it is. I never looked to hard and assumed it was maybe a CSI harness or perhaps one from a ‘74, but on closer inspection, it does not seem to match up. Looks to be roughly same period, fuse block is similar, but not the same, some areas of the wiring look very similar. Thoughts?

It seems so different than my 73 harness though. Side by side, whole sections seem completely different. Any reason that could be?

UPDATE - Mystery solved: Once I removed the couple E9 parts that were oddly tangled or in one case taped in, I was able to isolate and figure out that it is not a BMW harness at all. Not really sure why it came with the car, but it was from a 1974 Fiat Spider
