FPS wheels. These were available for the E9 and E3.
They seem to be alloys manufactured by the Pedrini brothers (FPS) in Italy for BMW.
The diameter is 14 inches which is correct for E9 and early E24, though the 86 date code had E24 using metric rims I think, not 14 inch.
Some see a resemblance to Alpinas, but somehow the Alpinas are much more valuable than FPS.

Commonly found on 74 e9s, 14x6, the 14x7 Alpina just has a more iconic look.
