wheel offset spacers/shims

I'm looking for a set of 4 wheel offset spacers to offset wheels out from hubs. Anyone know who might sell this type of item?

so after a bit of web research (probably should have done that before my first post.....doooh) i see that spacers are very readily available in all flavors.
does anyone know what the E9 lugnut pattern diameter is?
