Hi,

Looking to buy some wheels. I was wanting to know what the widest wheel you can put on a '72 Bavaria without modifying anything? I was thinking of getting 16" s but don't know the max width.

I've got 17x8 et20 225/45/17 front and 17x9 et26 245/40/17 rear with no fitment issues (except I use 3mm spacers on the front to be safe - one side clear without, the other does not). Rims are BMW style 32 (require hubcentric rings).
