Wherever they will sell it to you! Ask your painter, ask a auto paint shop, ask whomever sell auto paint in your area...

I am sure you have to get the 90 series Waterborne Glasurit in your area if i remember correctly, English color is who I got Glasurit stuff from in Texas.

I've gotten it at several paint supply stores in SoCal...the body shops have to use waterborne, diy'ers don't seem to have to. I think Modern Paint had it?
