Where can I get return spring for lower throttle Lever

This is the lever sitting at the bottom of the engine block and engages with the lever and the left motor mount. It doesn't seem to be available new. Does anyone have a used one? An E3 part would also work.

I also am still looking for the two defroster ducts for the windshield, new or used.
