I was wondering if i might get some feedback on body heights
measured from the top of belt trim to the ground at the front and rear wheels
thank you

You should measure from the fender lip to the center of your hub. That takes tire sizes out of the equation.

I think he wants to know how high the body sits - so I'd measure from top of each fender arch straight down to the ground. But from the trip down, would work too.
I ride the K1300 to work so don't have the coupe handy, but maybe tonight when I get home from the surf movie...

This is how we measured the effect of different suspension options when we were doing this with the e39 crowd.

I understand what he is after. Not to beat a dead horse but the only way to properly benchmark one car to another is to measure to the hub center. It doesn't matter where you start on the body as long as everyone is consistent. If you want to measure to the ground include your wheel width and tire size, because it matters.

DONT CARE ABOUT THE WHEELS OR ANYTHING ELSE.
WANT TO KNOW THE RIDE HEIGHT AS IT APPLIES TO
APPEARANCE.
NO TECHNICAL STUFF
JUST HOW IT LOOKS IN RELALTION TO THE GROUND HENCE
TOP OF BODY TRIM TO GROUND
"SIMPLE"!!!!

??? Still matters... wheel size, tire profile, ect... I just go with the finger test. One finger gap between the top of the fender and the top of the tire looks just right IMO.

sorry to offend i use my computer to dr\aw autpoxad and itas alweays on
ill be more meticulous
wheres the answer to the question all this angolob and no answers

Also when you see a red line under the word it is misspelled :) And it's always good to proof read your post! angolob?

There's an old thread on this with lots of data points and some back and forth on the same issue.
