where to get oversized Thrust (guide) bearings

Can anybody point me to a website that would have oversized (in width) thrust bearings?

The Bav has a bad thrust bearing and although I can find bearings for various main journal undersizes, I cannot seem to find Thrust Bearings of greater width (to accommodate any machine work on the crank thrust surface).

When you have the crank ground, the grinder will be able to supply you with the proper bearings. King bearings have the Maxflange and Proflange series with wider than standard thrust bearings.
